SUMMARY:

The receptionist greets and directs all visitors with professionalism, handles and directs all incoming calls, and maintains guest registration logs and schedules.

JOB DUTIES
  • Greets, assists, and directs visitors with respect.
  • Answers and re-directs all incoming calls as appropriate and takes adequate messages when required.
  • Maintains accurate visitor logs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No Supervisory Responsibility
