Position Summary, Executive Assistant
We are currently hiring an Executive Assistant to provide primary support to the President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief of Staff. This highly visible role is crucial to the seamless execution of executive office operations and requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.

- Manage the administrative assistant team.
- Independently coordinate high level executive site meetings and visits with academicians, business leaders, and government officials.
- The person responsible for setting up on and off-site events, meetings, conferences, etc., to include organization of interactions.
- Coordination of meeting logistics; calendar management; preparation of travel arrangements and travel to conferences and meetings to assist the President remote meeting logistics and operational details, document preparation, and all daily office activities.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness within the Administrative Support group.
- Performing other operational activities and special projects as necessary including additional executive support for members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification, Executive Assistant
A bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field AND 5 years of relevant experience
OR
- 7+ year's relevant experience working with C-Suite/Executive Level staff
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
- Demonstrated technical competence in areas including teleconferencing and AV equipment.
- Ability to be assertive, exercise excellent judgment and decision-making skills, and must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented, including management of multiple calendars.
- Strong proficiency as it relates to time management, multitasking and prioritization of tasks.
- Ability to work with high level executives, academia, government and business officials.
- Must be flexible with tasks and have the ability to travel and work an unconventional schedule.
This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
*Posted salary rates are determined upon experience and education
