The IT Support Specialist provides comprehensive first and second-line technical support to end-users across enterprise IT operations. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical issues across multiple subsidiaries, maintaining device deployments, and ensuring strict system compliance and documentation.
This is a hybrid position and employee must be located within a reasonable commute to West Chester, PA.

What you’ll do
- Provide multi-level technical support (Tier 1–2) via phone, email, and remote support tools to ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Build, image, and configure PC equipment and laptops in strict accordance with corporate standards.
- Perform routine hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting workstation performance and system anomalies.
- Instruct and train end-users individually or in groups on hardware operations and internally developed enterprise applications.
- Administer the IT asset lifecycle, executing hardware refresh initiatives, new hire equipment setups, and software license tracking.
- Manage mobile environments, including cell phone and smartphone provisioning, configuration, and tracking using Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs of all active and retired hardware/software assets.
- Perform basic network support, device installations, and workstation connectivity configurations across office and warehouse environments.
- Deploy and maintain corporate VOIP/Zoom phone configurations, ensuring flawless operational support and end-user training.
- Travel to regional job sites as required to support infrastructure upgrades, workstation deployments, and physical connectivity configurations.
- Author and maintain high-quality technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and open case reports.
- Submit access tickets to provision users with access to applications & software programs.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 1 year of IT service and desktop support experience.
- Comprehensive Windows 11 knowledge and familiarity with its environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Enterprise/Workspace and Active Directory
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting workstations and network printers.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills and connectivity problem-solving capabilities.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to create clear technical and end-user documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain familiarity with evolving IT technologies.
- Ability to thrive and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
