Direct Sales Representative – Healthcare

Compensation: $110 to $150 Yearly

We are looking for an accomplished sales specialist to expand business within the healthcare market in Utah. This role is ideal for someone who understands the realities of clinical and care delivery environments and can translate that knowledge into meaningful client conversations. You will lead new business efforts from initial outreach through contract close, helping healthcare organizations strengthen worker safety through technology solutions. The position offers the chance to build strong relationships across home health, hospital, and behavioral health settings while contributing market insight to a growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development across healthcare accounts by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, leading discovery, presenting solutions, and finalizing agreements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline focused on winning new customers within home health agencies, hospital systems, and behavioral health organizations.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover operational and safety needs, then align recommendations to each organization's priorities.
• Deliver effective product demonstrations, manage proposal and negotiation stages, and guide opportunities through complex purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, and customer success to support smooth implementation and long-term account value.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and revenue forecasts in CRM systems to give leadership clear visibility into pipeline performance.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences, trade events, and association gatherings to build brand presence and generate leads.
• Monitor industry regulations, accreditation expectations, and workplace safety requirements that influence healthcare buyers and their decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with consistent success in expanding revenue and securing new accounts.
• Proven experience selling software or technology solutions to healthcare organizations, preferably within home health, hospital, or behavioral health environments.
• Prior clinical or patient-care experience, such as nursing, therapy, or home health support, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales role with the ability to source, develop, and close opportunities independently.
• Established relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including operational, clinical, HR, safety, or executive leaders, are highly valued.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles, including demonstrations, pilot engagements, enterprise procurement, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and participate in industry events.

Compensation

$110,000.00-$150,000.00 Yearly
