Operations Specialist
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support quality and compliance activities. This contract position will focus on reviewing customer-related cases, maintaining thorough documentation, and helping ensure operational records meet established quality standards. The role works closely with customer support and order management teams to resolve issues efficiently and uphold consistent case handling practices.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine quality checks on customer complaint, inquiry, and service-related cases to confirm they are complete, accurate, and properly classified.
• Investigate case details and gather missing information by partnering with customer support teams to support timely and compliant resolution.
• Prepare and finalize required complaint records and supporting documentation in accordance with internal quality procedures.
• Oversee case workflows from creation through closure, ensuring all related materials are reviewed and properly maintained.
• Evaluate, upload, and approve documentation tied to complaints, returns, and quality events while maintaining strong record accuracy.
• Work with order management to address non-conformance matters and support the processing of related reports.
• Maintain organized records for customer issues, return authorizations, and quality events to support audit readiness and policy compliance.
• Monitor daily case activity and help drive consistent execution of quality assurance standards across operational processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, quality, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, customer support, or a similar operational environment.
• Hands-on experience working with case management platforms or comparable documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review records carefully and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across support and operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with documentation control, record maintenance, and quality-focused administrative processes.
Compensation
