HR Sourcer
We are looking for an HR Sourcer to support talent acquisition and core HR activities for a growing organization in California. This Long-term Contract position will focus on identifying suitable candidates, guiding hiring workflows, and helping maintain compliant, well-organized employment processes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Drive recruiting activity for several openings at once, ensuring hiring efforts stay aligned with staffing goals and expected timelines.
• Create and distribute engaging job postings across online platforms, industry networks, and community-based sourcing channels to attract strong applicants.
• Assess resumes and applications to determine fit based on required credentials, experience, and overall suitability.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process by scheduling interviews, sharing updates, and communicating final decisions clearly.
• Manage pre-employment steps such as reference outreach, background screening, credential review, and related hiring documentation.
• Partner with leadership to prepare offer details, extend employment offers, and support a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation tasks, and required employment paperwork to support compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in BambooHR and compile hiring data, status updates, and recruitment reports when needed.
• Provide guidance to managers on effective sourcing approaches, interview practices, and strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
• Support broader HR operations by assisting with employee relations matters, training coordination, employment verifications, and morale-building initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR administration, or talent sourcing within an office environment that requires strong attention to detail.• Background in full-cycle hiring processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and pre-employment compliance steps.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, HR recordkeeping practices, and standard human resources procedures.
• Experience using HRIS platforms for recruitment tracking and personnel documentation; familiarity with BambooHR is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Human resources certification or a degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
Compensation
