Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate financial results and trends to identify key drivers affecting business performance.
• Build and maintain financial models that support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare variance reports and explain differences between actual results, budgets, and projections.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support leadership decision-making.
• Organize and interpret large data sets using Excel and data analysis techniques to improve reporting accuracy.
• Develop dashboards or visual reports in Power BI or comparable tools to communicate financial insights effectively.
• Create clear presentations that summarize findings, recommendations, and performance updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, validate assumptions, and improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.• At least 1 year of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical position; 2 to 3 years is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with complex data and financial models.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and variance review.
• Familiarity with Power BI or a similar business intelligence platform is preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, remain coachable, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
