Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Review and complete membership cancellation requests in Oracle while ensuring all actions are recorded within established timelines.
• Keep cancellation logs and related tracking documents current so records remain accurate and easy to audit.
• Organize and maintain member documentation in shared file repositories for reliable record retention.
• Update agreement details and related account information across SalesOptima and Oracle as needed.
• Process organization-related cancellation activity with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to member questions regarding cancellation charges, billing matters, and refund status in a clear and helpful manner.
• Prepare and submit member refunds while verifying amounts and supporting documentation before completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues during team activities and contribute to daily operational goals.
• Support accounting-related administrative work, including data entry and record upkeep, to maintain dependable financial information.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in general accounting, including work with QuickBooks or Oracle.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting practices, with strong accuracy in documentation and transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using business systems for data entry and record management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a self-directed approach to completing assigned work.
• High attention to detail and a positive, adaptable mindset in a fast-moving environment.
• Customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries professionally and support a team-oriented workplace.
• Experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $19.00. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
