Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to a steady stream of inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with account enrollment and service setup.
• Guide callers through the onboarding process by collecting details such as name, service address, and billing information.
• Enter customer information accurately into company systems while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Provide friendly, clear, and efficient support to help customers complete enrollment successfully.
• Use reference materials and approved resources to answer questions and ensure consistent communication.
• Manage a daily workload of approximately 50 to 75 calls while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with internal teams supporting outreach efforts to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
• Document call details and updates thoroughly to support smooth follow-up and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in call center or customer service environments.• Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong data entry and order entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Comfortable collecting and verifying customer and billing information.
• Ability to follow established procedures, scripts, and reference guides.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively during customer interactions.
Compensation
