Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Oversee mail-related projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring each stage is tracked accurately and completed according to committed timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to confirm receipt of required materials, including data files, mailing content, and supporting assets needed for production.
• Monitor project schedules, production checkpoints, and service expectations to identify risks early and help keep work on pace.
• Maintain organized tracking tools and project records to support accurate visibility across active mailing initiatives.
• Review operational data such as volume trends, turnaround times, and workflow performance to uncover issues and support better planning.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that communicate project status, delivery performance, and other key operational metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal partners regarding milestones, dependencies, potential delays, and completed work.
• Recommend process improvements that strengthen tracking, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency, including support for automation or system enhancements when appropriate.
• Document procedures and maintain current standard operating guidelines to promote consistency across mail operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience in business analysis, operations support, or project coordination within a fast-paced service environment.• Strong ability to organize detailed information, manage deadlines, and track multiple projects at the same time.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis used to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Ability to create clear client-facing reports and translate complex operational information into practical insights.
• Comfortable working across teams such as operations, IT, production, customer support, and related business functions.
• Knowledge of process improvement methods, including identifying gaps, refining workflows, and supporting more efficient ways of working.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to participate professionally in stakeholder meetings and status discussions.
Compensation
