Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative activities for the property office, ensuring records, correspondence, and routine documentation are handled accurately and on time.
• Provide responsive support to tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders by answering questions, directing requests, and maintaining clear communication.
• Assist with invoice review, check processing, and purchase order tracking while helping maintain organized financial files and related documentation.
• Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and update office records to support monthly reporting and broader property operations.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and organize information needed for ongoing business activities.
• Help monitor insurance documents, compliance-related records, and other property administration materials to support established procedures and policies.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed, including basic data entry and document follow-up.
• Contribute to budgeting and travel coordination activities by gathering information, organizing materials, and assisting with administrative preparation.
Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to manage documents, spreadsheets, and routine office reporting efficiently.• Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or property-related role with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to tenant and vendor interactions.
• Highly organized work style with careful attention to detail in filing, document review, and correspondence management.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to take initiative and stay productive with limited oversight.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and general business practices in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoice processing is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain accuracy, discretion, and compliance in administrative work.
Compensation
