Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support vehicle inventory verification activities in El Paso, Texas. This Long-term Contract position focuses on confirming the presence and status of listed vehicles, documenting findings accurately, and coordinating with site leadership to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with staff to gather missing information and maintain complete records.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site reviews of vehicle inventory records and confirm that each listed unit is physically present at the assigned location.
• Investigate any missing vehicles by working directly with management to determine their current status or whereabouts.
• Coordinate with the service department to validate whether unlocated vehicles are being held for maintenance or related service activity.
• Update inventory documentation with clear notes when a vehicle is assigned as a customer loaner.
• Record sold units accurately and include the related customer information in the tracking list when applicable.
• Maintain organized and precise data entry across all inventory records to ensure reporting is complete and reliable.
• Follow up with site leadership to obtain supporting documentation, including loaner agreements and deal-related records, once the review is finished.

Qualifications:

• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and document discrepancies clearly.
• Comfortable communicating with managers, service teams, and other on-site personnel to gather information.
• Ability to organize information efficiently and keep documentation up to date.
• Basic customer service skills and a detail-focused approach when interacting with staff.
• Capable of working independently at the assigned location while following established instructions.

Compensation

$13.30-$15.40 Hourly
