Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, detail-focused assistance for questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on open issues, confirm details, and support customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring all entries are complete and aligned with internal procedures.
• Document conversations, updates, and resolutions clearly within the appropriate systems.
• Address service-related issues by gathering relevant information and coordinating next steps toward resolution.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order status, account inquiries, and general support requests.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting productivity expectations in an in-office call center setting.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment.• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound phone interactions with professionalism.
• Experience entering and updating orders or customer records with strong attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer activity.
• Comfort working in a permanent on-site office environment.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and customer service tools.
Compensation
