Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation initiative in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can work closely with stakeholders and project teams to define business needs, improve workflows, and help deliver effective solutions across key operational areas. The role requires strong communication skills, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to bridge business priorities with technical execution.

Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and organize business and functional needs.
• Produce clear documentation such as process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to support project delivery.
• Evaluate current operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and system improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert business objectives into actionable functional specifications.
• Support testing efforts by preparing validation scenarios, tracking defects, and assisting with user acceptance activities.
• Maintain organized project artifacts and ensure requirements remain traceable from initial intake through implementation.
• Contribute to implementation efforts by helping users adapt to new processes and supporting change readiness activities.
• Work across business and technical groups to resolve issues, answer questions, and keep project deliverables aligned with expectations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis within cross-functional project environments.
• Strong ability to review documentation, assess business needs, and translate findings into structured deliverables.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum settings and participating in iterative delivery processes.
• Proficiency in gap analysis, requirements gathering, and process evaluation.
• Ability to create user stories, workflows, and other business analysis artifacts with clarity and precision.
• Experience developing technical and functional documentation for both business and project audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation

$31.66-$36.66 Hourly
