Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Transactional Arizona licensed Attorney to join a law firm in Tampa, Florida on a Contract basis. This opportunity is well suited for a licensed attorney who can provide dependable legal support in reviewing demand letters and evaluating whether they are ready for issuance. The role calls for sound judgment, strong knowledge of business and credit-related matters, and the ability to deliver careful, accurate work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review demand letters for legal accuracy, completeness, and readiness before they are issued

• Assess draft correspondence to confirm alignment with applicable business, credit, and debt-related legal standards

• Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, or missing elements and recommend revisions where needed

• Provide transactional legal support to the firm through clear, practical analysis of routine matters

• Refine and edit written legal communications to improve quality, clarity, and enforceability

• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent legal review standards

• Prioritize assigned work effectively while meeting turnaround expectations in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications:

• Active attorney license in Arizona and in good standing

• At least 3 years of experience handling transactional legal work

• Demonstrated background in reviewing and drafting demand letters or similar legal documents

• Working knowledge of laws related to business transactions, credit matters, and debt issues

• Strong written communication and document analysis skills

• Ability to exercise sound legal judgment with minimal supervision

• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
