Contract Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Contract Administrator to support real estate and commercial agreement activities in Burlingame, California. This role focuses on coordinating the full contract lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping business partners manage bid and negotiation processes effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee contracts from initial intake through execution, renewal, and closeout while maintaining accurate records and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and organize real estate and commercial agreement documentation to support compliant and efficient administration.
• Coordinate bid-related activities by gathering required materials, tracking submissions, and supporting evaluation processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external parties to facilitate contract discussions, resolve document issues, and move agreements forward.
• Monitor key dates, obligations, and approval requirements to reduce risk and ensure contract commitments are met.
• Support negotiation efforts by tracking revisions, incorporating feedback, and maintaining version control across agreement documents.
• Maintain contract files and reporting tools so stakeholders have clear visibility into status, terms, and outstanding actions.
Candidate should be open to obtaining their notary (client will pay for this). This is an in-office M-F position.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate contract administration, contract management, or a closely related function.
• Background working with real estate agreements and commercial contracts.
• Working knowledge of contract review processes, document control, and lifecycle administration.
• Ability to support negotiations by coordinating revisions and managing stakeholder input.
• Experience assisting with calls for bids, proposal collection, or similar sourcing documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across internal and external groups.
Compensation
$110,000.00-$135,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
