Bookkeeper

Hello our team is recruiting for someone with bookkeeping experience to assist our client in a part-time role in Coraopolis (zip code 15108). This position is 1 day a week on-site (Must be available Tuesdays or Wednesdays).

This position will average around 3 hours per week. One week out of the month will have an additional couple of hours due to our client's month end close.

This role would pair well with individuals already working part-time that are looking for supplemental income.

Responsibilities:

Be able to operate within QuickBooks ERP software

Monthly Bank Reconciliations

Bi-Weekly Payroll for a small team (Salaried and Hourly) all non-union

Ability to answer phones / interact with customers and vendors

Tax preparation and experience in formulation of P& L and balance sheet reports is a plus

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience performing bookkeeping duties in a detail-oriented setting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting activity within the system.
• Demonstrated experience completing monthly bank reconciliations accurately.
• Working knowledge of tax preparation support and standard financial recordkeeping practices.
• Ability to prepare and interpret profit and loss statements and balance sheet reports.
• Experience processing payroll, preferably on a biweekly schedule.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting.

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00 Hourly
