Office Manager

West Hollywood, CA 90069, US Contract
Compensation: $26 to $28 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Office Manager to support daily operations at a growing company in West Hollywood. This contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, coordinating administrative activities, and serving as a detail-oriented first point of contact for visitors and investors. The right candidate brings strong judgment and a hands-on approach to keeping the workplace organized, efficient, and guest ready. This position requires you to be onsite daily.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meeting schedules, manage calendars in Outlook, and distribute invitations along with visitor arrival details.

• Serve as the front desk representative, greeting guests courteously and delivering a high level of service to investors and other visitors.

• Support employee onboarding by organizing documentation, preparing materials, and assisting with administrative setup tasks.

• Oversee office inventory by purchasing supplies, replenishing essentials, and ensuring shared spaces are properly stocked.

• Maintain kitchen items and snacks so employees and guests have a clean and well-supplied break area.

• Partner with outside vendors to support office needs, resolve service issues, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Keep the reception area, conference rooms, and common spaces neat, organized, and ready for use throughout the day.

• Assist with accounts payable-related administrative tasks, including handling invoices and coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.


Qualifications:

• Prior experience in office administration, office management, or a front desk support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook for calendar coordination and meeting scheduling.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience ordering, tracking, and maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
• Comfort working onsite in a startup environment that values initiative, adaptability, and accountability.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
• Exposure to accounts payable processes or invoice handling is preferred.

Compensation

$26.00-$28.00 Hourly
