Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while maintaining a helpful and courteous experience.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide administrative support through document preparation, record maintenance, and routine correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling activities and follow-up communication to ensure timely coordination of internal and external requests.
• Maintain organized files, reports, and office records to support accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Support teams that interact with home health-related services or documentation as needed for business operations.
• Handle general office tasks and respond to changing priorities with efficiency and sound judgment.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or a related office-based role.• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling activities with accuracy.
• Experience handling inbound calls and communicating professionally with a wide range of contacts.
• Strong administrative assistance skills, including organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Familiarity with home health environments or related support functions is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn company tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a busy setting.
Compensation
