General Office Clerk
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office readiness by keeping shared spaces orderly, functional, and properly supplied.
• Handle administrative support tasks such as file organization, document scanning, data entry, and other back-office activities.
• Coordinate supply purchasing and respond to routine office needs to help maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Assist with the preparation and logistics of company gatherings while keeping spending aligned with budget expectations.
• Provide hands-on support during office events held throughout the month to help ensure smooth execution.
• Welcome employees, guests, and vendors with a courteous and detail-oriented approach that promotes a positive office atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records and organized documentation to support efficient retrieval of office information.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in office support, administrative coordination, or a similar clerical role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of individuals.
• Friendly, patient, and service-focused approach when assisting employees and visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage details carefully, and take initiative in a fast-moving setting.
• Good problem-solving skills with a practical and logical approach to handling daily office needs.
• Proficiency in tasks such as scanning, organizing files, data entry, and general back-office support.
• Comfort working in an industrial or warehouse-adjacent environment with a collaborative team culture.
Compensation
