Bilingual Client Support Specialist

San Diego, CA 92123, US Temporary
Compensation: $20 to $22 Hourly

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Client Support Specialist (Spanish/English) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive client experience. The successful candidate is a strong communicator, an effective problem solver, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Process orders, account updates, service requests, and other client transactions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and provide additional assistance when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling multiple priorities.
  • Perform administrative duties and special projects as assigned.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative support.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.



Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
