Sr. Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items.
- Manage complex schedules and prioritize competing requests.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Organize company events, team meetings, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external vendors.
- Monitor office operations and assist with administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees and coordinate office resources.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within the technology industry.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting multiple executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.
Compensation
