Bilingual Customer Service Representative

San Diego, CA 92123, US Temporary
Compensation: $19 to $21 Hourly

Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating positive customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in company systems.
  • Process orders, returns, service requests, and other customer transactions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Meet established performance, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM or customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar customer management systems.
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.



Compensation

$19.00-$21.00 Hourly
