The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Change Analyst is a key role within the Configuration Management organization. Looking for a highly motivated Change Analyst to support product lifecycle management tools and processes. Candidates should be able to operate at scale and adapt to client's dynamic needs in the PLM space. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results.

Essential Functions:
The PLM Change Analyst duties include the following key responsibilities:
- Perform work in customer's PLM environment managing all lifecycles and Change Requirements
- Work with cross functional team members to assist with Part/BOM/Engineering Changes and Software Lifecycle
- Actively interface with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Collect, compile and interpret product data
- Be responsible to manage transactional day-to-day PLM activities for Part Number, drawing release, ECN (Engineering Change Notice), BOM (Bill of Material) releases and software release configuration management
- Attention to part attribution and approver workflow
- Assessing the impact of a change - Evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes, and conducting impact and change readiness assessments
- Creating plans - Developing strategies and operational plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Supporting employees - Meeting with employees to guide them through the change process, and ensuring they feel comfortable with the changes
- Coordinating activities - Supporting the coordination of change activities across different departments and teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Soliciting feedback - Actively soliciting feedback from people at all levels of the project, and then applying that feedback moving forward
- Facilitates Change Board Meetings with stakeholders when necessary. Creates meeting agendas and keeps track of meeting minutes

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (as demonstrated through experience, training and/or testing)
- 5+ years of direct product configuration management experience (Product structure, parts, drawings, software, and requirements management experience highly desired).
- 2+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment (Automotive, DOD, aerospace, etc.).
- Experience with toolsets for configuration management in complex products.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with configuration management principles and practices.
- Familiar with product lifecycle management (PLM) and/or data management tools including TeamCenter.
Education:
- AA/AS or BA/BS in a related technical or liberal arts discipline.
Experience:
- 2+ years' experience using Teamcenter
- 3 years' experience supporting Defense or Automotive Industry Programs desired
Background Prerequisites:
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks and controlled substance testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of Configuration Management Standards and regulations desired
