Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of programs and services. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage campaigns that engage multiple audience segments and support key organizational goals.
The Marketing Manager will provide leadership and oversight across marketing strategy, brand management, campaign execution, publications, and marketing operations. This individual will also supervise team members, support budget management, and help optimize marketing systems and processes to improve performance and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Create data-driven marketing communications plans with a strong focus on driving enrollment, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Mentor and supervise a team of five Marketing and Communications Coordinators.
- Evaluate and improve departmental processes to enhance communication, service, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Provide campaign and brand direction to internal marketing and communications stakeholders.
- Assist with management of the marketing and communications budget, with a focus on offline paid media and print collateral.
- Serve as the department’s CRM and marketing automation subject matter expert, partnering with admissions and other teams to improve workflows and communications throughout the enrollment funnel.
- Build, deliver, and analyze automated communications designed to improve conversion rates.
- Oversee production of institutional publications, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, catalogs, schedules, and handbooks, to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Use available data and reporting tools to track progress, measure campaign performance, and maintain records and archives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership and/or project management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- Experience with graphic design, publication production, and word processing required.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and/or database software preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Portfolio demonstrating integrated marketing communications planning and execution required at interview.
