Customer Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee post-purchase coordination for equipment orders, guiding each shipment from final paperwork through installation readiness.
• Verify that required documents, images, approvals, and payments are complete and accurate before release for shipment.
• Partner with sales representatives and internal stakeholders to keep pre-shipment tasks on schedule and resolve open items quickly.
• Communicate with freight providers and other logistics partners to arrange domestic transportation and support delivery timelines.
• Coordinate closely with customers, installers, and vendors to confirm site readiness, installation details, and scheduling requirements.
• Prepare shipping-related records and maintain organized digital and paper files, including scanning and filing supporting documents.
• Track checklists and room readiness details to help ensure each installation location is properly prepared before equipment arrival.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the logistics function, handling a high volume of documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, customer support, or a related administrative role.• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and working efficiently with detailed data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word, along with confidence navigating digital filing systems and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining complete and orderly records in both paper and electronic formats.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to deliver a high-touch customer experience when working with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and collaborate with several parties involved in shipping and installation activities.
Compensation
