Order Processor
Responsibilities:
• Review incoming customer purchase orders and record them accurately in the company system.
• Prepare and organize fulfillment documents for both U.S. and international shipments to support timely processing.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers and production teams to resolve order-related questions and delivery concerns.
• Generate invoices with a high level of accuracy to ensure proper billing and recordkeeping.
• Maintain item data by updating pricing details, product information, and related order records within internal systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team by assisting with order documentation and follow-up activities.
• Enter numerical and text-based data efficiently while preserving accuracy across order processing tasks.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish is required.• 2-5 years of customer service or order support experience in a detail-oriented environment.
• Experience handling billing, invoicing, and order processing activities.
• Working knowledge of data entry systems and strong typing accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or order entry platforms such as SYSPRO is a plus.
