Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day logistics activity to keep orders, shipments, and delivery schedules moving according to plan.
• Monitor purchase order status and take action to maintain timely coverage for ongoing transportation needs.
• Track shipments throughout the day, provide status updates, and address issues that could affect on-time performance.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with internal teams and external partners to support smooth receipt of goods.
• Complete operational and administrative work such as maintaining records, updating templates, and preparing routine documentation.
• Assist with logistics planning initiatives by helping evaluate network efficiency and recommending practical improvements.
• Identify capacity limitations across transportation resources and escalate risks that may affect regional or broader supply requirements.
• Support carrier onboarding activities and help coordinate project-based logistics efforts tied to operational priorities.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.• Working knowledge of purchase order management, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple daily priorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with carriers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling administrative tasks, operational templates, and routine status reporting.
• Experience with project coordination and process improvement within logistics or network operations.
• Capable of working onsite in Miramar, Florida as required for the role.
Compensation
