HR Admin
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, scheduling, and communication to ensure a positive and efficient start.
• Maintain and update employee records within HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Support pre-employment screening processes and follow up on required pre-employment steps to help keep recruitment timelines on track.
• Respond to routine employee questions related to HR processes, policies, and documentation, escalating matters when appropriate.
• Assist with employee relations administration by organizing case details, tracking follow-up items, and supporting consistent recordkeeping.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and status updates to support daily operations and workforce administration.
• Partner with internal teams to improve administrative workflows and support HR system-related processes when needed.
• Monitor onboarding and personnel documentation for compliance with internal standards and applicable requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting human resources administration in a fast-paced business environment.• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to manage employee data with a high level of accuracy.
• Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding activities and pre-employment processes.
• Familiarity with background checks and related hiring documentation requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and cross-functional partners.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
