Provider Relations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with providers, clinics, and internal teams to support smooth resolution of service and network-related matters.
• Maintain organized provider records, track follow-up items, and help ensure documentation is accurate, current, and readily accessible.
• Assist medical staff and partner organizations with onboarding, updates, and routine questions related to provider participation.
• Support issue resolution by gathering details, escalating concerns when needed, and monitoring progress through completion.
• Collaborate across departments to help align provider information, operational needs, and service expectations.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates to help leadership monitor provider relations activity and identify trends.
• Help manage workflow tied to healthcare programs and administrative processes, including tasks connected to HealthCare.gov requirements when applicable.
Qualifications:
• Experience in provider relations, healthcare coordination, medical staff support, or a closely related administrative function.• Working knowledge of healthcare operations and familiarity with HealthCare.gov or similar healthcare program environments.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow-up activities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with providers, staff, and cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail when maintaining records, tracking issues, and handling provider documentation.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and the ability to learn internal tools and reporting processes quickly.
Compensation
