Human Resources Business Partner

Compensation: $70 to $85 Yearly

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders across a dynamic organization in Memphis, Tennessee. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations, helping drive employee engagement, compliance, and effective people practices. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, payroll and benefits knowledge, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers and employees to address workplace concerns, resolve employee relations matters, and promote a positive and compliant work environment.
• Oversee core HR administrative activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting policy implementation, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, helping create a smooth transition into the organization and ensuring all required employment steps are completed on time.
• Administer employee benefit programs by assisting with enrollments, responding to questions, and helping employees understand available plans and processes.
• Support payroll operations using ADP, including reviewing data for accuracy and helping process payroll for employees across multiple states.
• Maintain and update HRIS information to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and reliable workforce records.
• Advise business leaders on HR best practices, organizational needs, and employee-related decisions that align with company goals.
• Assist with compliance-related activities by monitoring HR processes and helping ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and internal standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, with the ability to handle sensitive issues thoughtfully and professionally.
• Background in human resources administration, including recordkeeping, policy support, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits administration and the ability to support benefit-related inquiries and tasks.
• Experience using HRIS platforms to manage employee information and maintain accurate data.
• Familiarity with onboarding practices and coordinating new employee documentation and orientation steps.
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing, including support for multi-state payroll activities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced HR environment.

Compensation

$70,000.00-$85,000.00 Yearly
