Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, and provide attentive in-person support throughout the workday.
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly, taking clear messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks that help keep office activities organized and on schedule.
• Enter, update, and maintain information accurately in office records and internal documents.
• Assist with day-to-day receptionist duties, including monitoring shared areas and supporting general office needs.
• Coordinate routine clerical activities such as filing, document preparation, and basic correspondence.
• Help maintain an orderly onsite office environment that supports efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front-office support role.• Strong ability to answer inbound calls clearly and courteously and communicate effectively with visitors and staff.
• Proficiency in general administrative office tasks, including scheduling, filing, and document handling.
• Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Reliable, detail-oriented presence with a customer-service-oriented approach at the front desk.
Compensation
