IT Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
• Direct the planning, maintenance, and optimization of core IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations across the organization.
• Administer and enhance Active Directory environments, including user access, group policies, and identity-related controls.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes to protect business-critical data and maintain preparedness for system restoration needs.
• Manage Cisco-based networking components and connectivity solutions to support dependable internal and external communications.
• Coordinate the deployment, support, and lifecycle management of computer hardware for employees and office locations.
• Establish and maintain configuration management standards to improve consistency, control changes, and reduce operational risk.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues and work with internal stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Supervise IT staff or external vendors, set priorities for technical initiatives, and ensure service levels align with business needs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an IT leadership role with responsibility for infrastructure, systems administration, and operational support.• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory administration and access management practices.
• Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning in a business environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies, including network support and performance oversight.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware support, deployment, and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with configuration management principles and change control best practices.
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
$125,000.00-$175,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
