Supply Planner

We are looking for a Supply Planner to support purchasing and sales operations for a growing team. This Long-term Contract position is suited for someone who can balance supply availability, demand priorities, and product quality while working closely with internal stakeholders. The role focuses on maintaining reliable inventory flow, improving planning accuracy, and helping ensure materials are available to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain supply plans that align material availability with forecasted demand and operational priorities.

• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and internal partners to help prevent shortages, reduce excess stock, and support service goals.

• Review inventory levels, order activity, and planning data to identify risks and recommend timely corrective actions.

• Track supplier performance and follow up on open orders to help keep deliveries on schedule.

• Support product quality oversight by partnering with relevant teams on QA-related planning considerations.

• Analyze planning trends and prepare updates that help stakeholders make informed supply and replenishment decisions.

• Assist with process improvements and support planning-related operational changes when needed.

• Maintain accurate planning records and ensure data used for purchasing and supply decisions remains current.

Qualifications:

• Experience in supply planning, inventory control, purchasing support, or a related operations function.
• Understanding of material replenishment, demand alignment, and inventory management principles.
• Ability to analyze data, recognize supply risks, and make practical recommendations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working across purchasing, sales, and operations teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and planning or ERP systems used to manage supply activity.
• Familiarity with QA management or quality-focused coordination in a supply chain environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation

$22.00-$24.00 Hourly
