Referral Specialist--Very Rewarding Environment!

We're seeking a Data & Referral Specialist to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving lives through innovative programs and services. Referral & Data Management:
- Manage incoming referrals from multiple funding sources.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate client information across multiple databases and tracking systems.
- Prepare intake documentation using standardized templates.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
Case & Workflow Coordination:
- Establish and organize electronic client files and tracking tools.
- Monitor cases throughout each phase of the service process.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, communications, and case updates.
- Generate regular reports that provide leadership with visibility into workflow progress and service timelines.
- Identify potential delays and proactively communicate next steps to keep projects moving forward.
Scheduling & Communication:
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure referrals transition smoothly through each stage of service.
- Assist with scheduling consultations involving both internal staff and external partners.
- Serve as a communication liaison by providing timely updates to stakeholders regarding case status and required action items.
Reporting & Documentation Support:
- Assist with preparing client proposals and supporting documentation.
- Enter labor, travel, and related cost information accurately.
- Track proposal submissions, revisions, approvals, and project milestones.
- Support invoicing and reporting processes by maintaining complete and organized documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in administrative support, data coordination, reporting, healthcare services, billing, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM/database systems is a plus.
- Experience with reporting, billing documentation, or workflow management is highly desirable.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, database platforms, content management systems, or similar recordkeeping tools is preferred.
• Background in nonprofit, healthcare, social services, referral management, or client intake environments is highly desirable.
Compensation
