People Associate
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update employee information in HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain personnel records and related documentation to support data quality and compliance standards.
• Review offer letters and other employee documents to confirm completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines.
• Assist with day-to-day people operations tasks by organizing records and responding to routine administrative needs.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and HR platforms to process information and manage documentation efficiently.
• Handle confidential employee data with discretion and follow appropriate privacy and security practices.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and support shared objectives.
• Adapt quickly to multiple systems, including platforms such as PeopleSoft and ServiceNow, to complete assigned work effectively.
Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, HR support, or a related field.• High school diploma required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with different stakeholders.
• Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with careful attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, basic computer tools, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to protect sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in daily work.
• Experience with or exposure to HR systems such as PeopleSoft or ServiceNow is preferred.
Compensation
