Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone with account access, website navigation, and general service-related questions in English and Spanish.
• Guide users step by step through login setup and basic online system functions, adapting your approach to each customer's level of comfort with technology.
• Handle inbound calls efficiently while providing a supportive experience for customers who may need extra time or reassurance.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer concerns, confirm resolution, or provide additional assistance.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems to maintain complete service records.
• Explain processes clearly and help customers become more independent in using online tools and self-service resources.
• Deliver detail-oriented customer support while troubleshooting routine issues and escalating more complex concerns when appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, including the ability to assist and explain information clearly in both languages.• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Confidence using computers, web-based platforms, and digital tools to support customers effectively.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Strong patience and interpersonal skills, especially when assisting elderly or less tech-savvy customers.
• Experience with order entry, account documentation, or maintaining accurate customer records is preferred.
• Reliable communication skills and the ability to work independently after completing onsite training.
Compensation
