Executive Assistant
Responsibilities: • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize scheduling needs, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders. • Arrange business travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics, while ensuring plans align with executive preferences. • Prepare for executive meetings by organizing schedules, confirming details, and helping ensure leaders are fully supported throughout the day. • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding professionally and directing inquiries as appropriate. • Oversee day-to-day administrative office activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized corporate office environment. • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room scheduling, calendar updates, and follow-up support for time-sensitive events. • Maintain accurate office calendars and help balance competing demands to keep priorities on track. • Provide general office management support, including administrative coordination and assistance with operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of proven experience supporting executives in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management capacity. • Strong ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate multiple priorities with accuracy. • Hands-on experience booking and coordinating domestic or international travel arrangements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in handling client and stakeholder correspondence. • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and other standard office productivity applications. • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage confidential information with discretion. • Experience in a corporate office setting with a strong understanding of office administration best practices.Compensation
