HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Support a broad range of human resources activities, including employee relations matters, policy guidance, and routine HR administration.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring required documentation, system access, and orientation steps are completed on time.
• Administer benefits-related processes by assisting with enrollments, employee questions, and updates tied to coverage changes.
• Maintain accurate employee information within HRIS platforms and help ensure data integrity across personnel records.
• Partner with managers and employees to address workplace concerns and provide practical guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as status changes, employee records, and other compliance-related materials.
• Assist with day-to-day support for the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through internal changes and offboarding activities.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR support role.• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and standard HR administrative processes.
• Experience coordinating onboarding tasks for new employees in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and responding to employee questions related to benefit programs.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS systems to enter, maintain, and review employee data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
Compensation
