Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and update the customer support ticket queue, ensuring inquiries are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer concerns related to product issues, general questions, online orders, and website functionality with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide seasonal support for high-volume sales events, including Advent Calendar inquiries during peak months.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone and email while delivering clear, service-focused communication.
• Enter and maintain customer and order information accurately in internal systems and supporting spreadsheets.
• Assist customers with order-related requests, appointment coordination, and follow-up communication as needed.
• Work independently after onboarding while maintaining productivity, attention to detail, and service quality.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other digital tools to document activity, manage information, and support daily service operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.• Ability to manage inbound calls, outbound calls, and email correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfort working with ticketing platforms, order entry systems, and web-based tools.
• Solid data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and work independently after training.
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule with onsite presence in Bloomfield, New Jersey three days per week.
Compensation
