Call Center Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls from patients, members, or customers with courtesy, empathy, and efficiency.
• Record call details, updates, and outcomes accurately within customer service systems and related office tools.
• Resolve routine questions and service requests by providing clear information and appropriate next steps.
• Escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department while ensuring a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.
• Maintain consistent service levels by managing call volume effectively and following established call center procedures.
• Use office applications and customer support software to track cases, update records, and support daily operations.
• Contribute to a dependable communication environment by working within a structured inbound call center team.
• Support reliable connectivity and workstation readiness by using systems and equipment aligned with Ethernet-based office environments.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment, preferably handling inbound calls.• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to remain courteous and clear in every interaction.
• Working knowledge of customer service software and the ability to enter information accurately while speaking with callers.
• Basic office skills, including familiarity with common administrative tasks and standard workplace systems.
• Comfort using computer-based tools and navigating multiple screens during live customer conversations.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally in a healthcare-related setting.
• Reliable attendance, strong organizational habits, and the ability to follow established processes consistently.
Compensation
