Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and at least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely assistance to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Perform general administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
• Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience managing a multi-line phone system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and office software.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
