Accounts Payable Clerk

A premier hospitality management company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support multiple hotel properties throughout North County San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume invoice processing, vendor communication, and working in a collaborative accounting environment.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation

Accounting Support

• Assist with month-end accruals and AP reconciliations
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
• Support expense reporting and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain organized electronic accounting records

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Hospitality, restaurant, or hotel accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP software such as Sage Intacct, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
