About the Opportunity
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, fast-growing wealth management firm to identify an experienced Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support the firm's President. This is a highly visible position for a proactive, strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys serving as a trusted business partner.
This role goes beyond traditional executive support. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, streamline operations, manage key initiatives, and act as an extension of the President while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the President, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a strategic partner by anticipating priorities, identifying potential conflicts, and proactively managing competing demands.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the President and internal teams, clients, and external business partners.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, reports, and executive-level correspondence.
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and client events, including logistics and follow-up action items.
- Track strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Attend meetings, capture detailed notes, and monitor progress on key action items.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Improve and document operational processes to enhance executive efficiency.
- Assist with office operations, vendor coordination, and executive expense reporting.
- Support firm-wide initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership on high-priority projects
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, presidents, or founders in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar strategic support role.
- Experience within wealth management, financial services, private equity, investment management, or a professional services environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-level initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information.
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Redtail is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
