Network Delivery Lead

*** Hybrid in East Metro Twin Cities ***

We are seeking a Network Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of enterprise network initiatives and infrastructure projects. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination across engineering, security, operations, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership skills with a solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies and Agile delivery practices. This role is responsible for prioritization, dependency management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and driving successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of network initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise network initiatives across LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN/remote access, cloud networking, and data center modernization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress and ensure commitments are completed as planned.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate work across network engineering, security, architecture, operations, vendors, and business teams.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles that impact delivery timelines and team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team collaboration, and execution practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise executive-level project status reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, competing priorities, and resource constraints.
• Present project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Coordinate activities with third-party vendors, carriers, managed service providers, and implementation partners.
• Ensure external deliverables meet project requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and business case development activities.
• Monitor project spending and resource utilization.
• Track delivery KPIs and project performance metrics.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, operational, and governance standards.
• Foster accountability and alignment across all participating teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, networking, or technology delivery environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects or programs.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of:
• Enterprise networking concepts
• Routing and switching technologies
• Network security and firewall platforms
• Cloud networking architectures
• Network operations and support models

Preferred

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience leading large-scale network transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing technology vendors, carriers, MSPs, or external service providers.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Jira, ServiceNow, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and cloud networking platforms.
