Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and supporting documents to ensure meetings are organized and productive.
• Arrange domestic and regional travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, and related logistics.
• Serve as a detail-focused point of contact for communication with both internal teams and external partners.
• Provide dedicated administrative support primarily to the assigned executive group while responding to changing business needs.
• Assist with light office coordination tasks to help maintain an efficient day-to-day work environment.
• Support basic expense submission and tracking activities with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Use standard workplace technology and productivity tools effectively to support executive and team operations.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.• Demonstrated success managing high-volume calendars and coordinating executive meetings.
• Hands-on experience booking and organizing domestic business travel arrangements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common office technology and productivity software.
• High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
Compensation
