Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a busy eCommerce team in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who is comfortable managing multiple digital initiatives in a fast-moving retail environment while keeping stakeholders informed and deliverables on schedule. The role will work closely with cross-functional partners to coordinate web updates, promotional activity, and product launch efforts with a strong focus on follow-through, communication, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate timelines and day-to-day execution for eCommerce projects, ensuring key milestones, dependencies, and deadlines remain on track.

• Partner with teams across marketing, creative, merchandising, IT, customer service, and operations to align priorities and maintain project momentum.

• Organize and lead project meetings, document next steps, and follow up on open items to support timely completion of deliverables.

• Monitor progress on website updates, promotional campaigns, product launches, and related digital initiatives within the retail environment.

• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or roadblocks early with practical recommendations for resolution.

• Manage project details within tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms to maintain visibility across workstreams.

• Support coordination related to Shopify-based initiatives, including activities connected to ongoing platform changes when needed.

• Help ensure cross-functional teams stay accountable, informed, and focused on execution during high-volume project periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in an eCommerce setting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects involving multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello, or comparable tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track details accurately and manage deadlines effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills suited to a cross-functional business environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is an advantage.

Compensation

$25.00-$27.50 Hourly
