FPA Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and coordination of the annual budgeting cycle across business units and operating teams.
• Oversee month-end close activities by reviewing results, validating financial data, and explaining key variances.
• Manage ongoing forecasting efforts to improve visibility into revenue, expenses, and cash flow performance.
• Prepare timely financial reports and presentations that support leadership decision-making and business planning.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to strengthen budget processes and improve financial accountability across the organization.
• Analyze financial trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor cash flow expectations and maintain forward-looking projections to support effective resource planning.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial planning materials, reporting outputs, and supporting analyses.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing annual budgets, forecasts, and related planning activities.
• Strong working knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial statement review.
• Proven ability to build and refine budget processes in a multi-department business environment.
• Experience preparing financial reporting packages and presenting insights to leadership.
• Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and operational teams in a fast-paced setting.
