Warehouse Logistics Coordinator IV (Contractor)

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented warehouse team member to support packing, inventory movement, and basic product assembly in Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a production-driven environment and can keep materials organized for efficient shipment preparation. The person in this role will help maintain inventory accuracy, prepare outgoing orders, and contribute to smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble products and components according to established work instructions and quality expectations.
• Retrieve parts and materials from stock locations to support packing, staging, and order fulfillment activities.
• Organize cartons, labels, cushioning, and other shipping supplies needed for daily outbound work.
• Pack finished items securely to help ensure safe and accurate delivery to customers or internal destinations.
• Maintain inventory records by monitoring stock movement and updating counts as materials are picked or processed.
• Support warehouse flow by staging materials for shipment and keeping work areas orderly and efficient.
• Assist with production-line packing and shipping tasks to meet schedule and volume requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping, packing, or related production support work.
• Hands-on ability to pick, pack, assemble, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of materials handling, logistics coordination, and standard shipping practices.
• Experience tracking inventory and maintaining accurate stock information.
• Familiarity with packaging components and proper packing methods for outgoing orders.
• Ability to follow written instructions, stay organized, and manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is not required for this position.

Compensation

$20.00-$21.00 Hourly
