We're partnering with a rapidly growing precision manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead a company-wide AP centralization initiative.

With continued expansion and a new corporate headquarters planned for the Phoenix area, the company is investing heavily in its people, processes, and technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Accounts Payable operations across multiple locations
  • Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and 3-way match procedures
  • Drive AP centralization and shared services initiatives
  • Develop, mentor, and build a high-performing AP team
  • Partner with procurement and operations to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, W-9 management, and 1099 reporting
  • Support month-end close, accruals, and account reconciliations
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Lead ERP optimization and AP automation projects
  • Support audit activities and process documentation



Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with high-volume AP environments
  • ERP experience required (Epicor, Infor, SyteLine, Global Shop, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Experience with shared services, centralization efforts, or M& A integrations is highly desirable
  • Proven success leading change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
