Title: Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Tempe, AZ (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $95,000–$130,000

We're partnering with a rapidly growing precision manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead a company-wide AP centralization initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Accounts Payable operations across multiple locations
- Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and 3-way match procedures
- Drive AP centralization and shared services initiatives
- Develop, mentor, and build a high-performing AP team
- Partner with procurement and operations to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Oversee vendor onboarding, W-9 management, and 1099 reporting
- Support month-end close, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
- Lead ERP optimization and AP automation projects
- Support audit activities and process documentation
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience with high-volume AP environments
- ERP experience required (Epicor, Infor, SyteLine, Global Shop, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Experience with shared services, centralization efforts, or M& A integrations is highly desirable
- Proven success leading change management and process improvement initiatives
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
